Delice de Bourgogne is the buttery delight originating from the Burgundy region of France. Whilst this may look sweet and innocent this cheese is pungent and has a depth of flavour more musky and aromatic than other triple crème bries. The texture is somewhere between butter and whipped cream when ripe and compliments the rich flavour it accompanies.
