Tasting Notes: Ranging from light and fruity pink Moscato, to vintage rosé Champagne and sparkling Shiraz, this style shows strawberry and raspberry, through to creamy vanilla and a slight spice.
Food Pairings: This wine is so easy drinking and completely delicious. Interestingly, it goes wonderfully with a soft, mild blue. We love this with Montagnolo Affine or even Fourme d’Ambert

About the Winemaker: Founded in 1966 by Aldo Frassinelli, the 13 hectares estate is today run by his children Roberta, who is in charge of sales, marketing and exports, and Gianluca, who makes the wine. Their vines range in age from 10 to 25 years. The soil is generally white limestone.
