Vignotte is a semi-soft cheese, produced in the Champagne-Ardenne, more commonly associated to the wine. It would not be innacurate to draw parallels with the wine, with both being decadent, rich and luxurious. The texture is supremely creamy and the flavour develops from a light sourness to a deeper, sweeter flavour that is long lasting on the palate.
