About the Winemaker: Founded in 1964 by several like minded friends and fellow wine lovers, The Cantine Paolini Winery is passionate about creating delicious, environmentally friendly wines. Their soil and land is fertilised with organically produced herbs and vegetables, making every glass unique and absolutely fantastic in flavour.
