Boxes leave our shop on the third Wednesday of each month and payment is taken on the 3rd. Nothing is charged when you sign up, and you can pick a later month to start if you prefer.

Every box starts life the same way as an order at our York shop, with a cheesemonger tasting the week's deliveries and deciding what's worth sending out. We stock over 50 cheeses, so expect Yorkshire favourites, rare imports and the odd small-batch surprise you won't find in a supermarket.
Each box arrives with a guide and tasting notes covering where the cheeses are from, how they're made and what to drink or pair them with, so you always know exactly what you're eating.
It also makes a brilliant gift. Choose any of the four boxes as a Gift Subscription, paid up front for the term you choose, and we'll take care of the rest.

Choose a box (Simply Cheese, Cheese & Pies, Cheese & Beer or Cheese & Wine) and sign up on its page. Nothing is charged when you sign up. Payment is taken on the 3rd of each month, and boxes leave our shop on the third Wednesday. Sign up by the 3rd and your first box is that month's; after the 3rd, it's next month's. You can also choose a later month to start.
Yes, all from My Account. Skip a month or pause for up to three, switch to a different box, add or remove Crackers & Chutney, update your preferences, delivery address or card, or cancel. There's no minimum term. Changes made by the 3rd apply to that month's box.
Boxes leave our shop on the third Wednesday of each month, in climate-controlled, fully recyclable and biodegradable packaging with a reusable gel ice pack. Delivery is free across the UK mainland. We can't deliver subscriptions to the Scottish Highlands and Islands or Northern Ireland.
Yes. Choose Give as a gift on any of the four boxes and pay once for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, so there's nothing further for you or the recipient to pay. You choose the month the first box goes out, and it ships with our other boxes on the third Wednesday.
Every box lets you choose vegetarian only, no blue cheese, or no goat's cheese, and your choices are saved so you get what you asked for every month. You can change them from your account at any time.
Yes. Every subscription has an optional Crackers & Chutney add-on for an extra £7.00 a month. Add or remove it when you sign up or later from your account.
Payments show as LOVE CHEESE LTD. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe, and you can update your card from your account.
