Can I arrange to have my delivery left in a safe place?

Yes, just add a note into the checkout and we will send this information to our deliver partners.

Do you deliver to all of the UK?

We deliver to all mainland UK, Highland and islands of Scotland.

If you are outside of these regions please contact us for delivery options.

How will my Cheese be posted out to me?

Your cheese order will be sent out in a secure double-walled cardboard box. The cheese will be packed snugly so as to protect it from excess movement during transit. Will also put an ice pack into the box and send it by 24 hour delivery. This ensures freshness.

I have ordered a cheese tasting experience when will my order arrive?

We send out all cheese tasting events on the Thursday before the event to arrive Frida the day before the event.

My order hasn’t arrived what shall i do?

Please contact us immediately and we will speak with our delivery partners and find a resolution for you asap.

What should I do with my cheese when it arrives?

When your cheese arrives, check that the wrapping is still as snug as possible on order to prevent mould from growing. If the wrapping is compromised, clingfilm or wax paper are the best alternatives. Refrigerate the cheese, or for harder cheeses, store them in a cool/dry place between 8-12 degrees.
