When shopping on our website you can add do the following with your basket:
- Add products
- Change quantity
- Remove products
We cannot guarantee stock levels for items that are left remaining in your basket. We will send cart notifications if you haven’t ordered an item left in your basket.
Delivery & Multiple Addresses
When you are in the basket or checkout you will be asked to choose a shipping option.
Part of our checkout system will allow you to send items to multiple addresses, You will need more than one item in the checkout to do this.
When using multiple addresses you can select the shipping option that qualifies for that item
Please avoid placing addresses in the order note sections as unfortunately our systems do not pick this up as an address option to ship to.
Order Confirmation Once you have completed your order we will send an email notification order details, including an order number and delivery option.
If you don’t receive an order confirmation please check the the email hasn’t been directed into your spam folder or contact us.
If you have received multiple order acknowledgements, please contact us.
Once your order leaves our shop we will send you an order update email which will include your order number and status of what. Order dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provided us when you placed your order.
Where possible we will send your order using a courier service to deliver your order. Our delivery partner will send you a tracking link for your item and an expected delivery date. The number of messages you receive will vary depending on which carrier partner has been selected.
