Welcome to Love Cheese’s virtual cheese tasting experience! Whether port, wine, or beer… whether from France, Italy or the UK… these virtual events have been designed to give you the opportunity to continue to explore and discover different cheese pairings from the comfort of your own home. Each virtual tasting comes with 5 cheese pairings that will be delivered to your front door, for you to enjoy while the Love Cheese maestro talks you through each pairing through Facebook Live. Get ready to get wine drunk and cheese bellied – these virtual tastings are here to spice up your Saturday night in!
Saturday 10th October 2026 – “It’s All Course Number 4” Cheese and Wine Virtual Tasting
This is a tasting for those who always remember “that one cheese” or “that one wine” from the night — the pairing that somehow just worked perfectly. Whether you’re a seasoned tasting regular or simply love a rich, hearty cheeseboard, this 5-course experience is a celebration of the fan favourites, the unexpected heroes, and the undeniable magic of course number 4. In the (2-person) box: <ul> <li>5 decanted bottles of Wine (roughly 175ml each)</li> <li>5 portions of Cheese that would be our 4th course (roughly 80g each)</li> <li>A pairings menu</li> <li>Tasting instructions</li> </ul> Harry Baines (a.k.a. Please note: The products in the tasting will vary from the picture. All tasting boxes will arrive on either Thursday or Friday before the event. Saturday 14th November 2026 – The Infamous Port & Cheese Tasting: Winter Virtual Tasting
That’s right, we’re bringing back the infamous Port and Cheese tasting and this time, its coming to you just in time for Christmas port planning. 5 perfectly selected ports, married to 5 spectacular kinds of cheese. While this may not be for the faint-hearted, it is for everyone! So, whether you’re new to port, a seasoned port veteran, or just fancy trying something new – this is one for the diary. Saturday 24th October 2026 – Bulgarian, Hungarian & Romanian Wines Paired with Cheese Virtual Tasting
This tasting takes you beyond the familiar vineyards of Europe and into a world of hidden gems, where bold reds, aromatic whites and characterful wines tell the story of centuries-old winemaking traditions. Journey through Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania — three countries quietly producing some of the continent’s most exciting and underrated bottles, shaped by diverse landscapes, native grape varieties and a rich cultural heritage. This 5-course experience promises big flavours, unexpected favourites and a delicious journey through one of Europe’s most overlooked wine landscapes.
