Let’s talk about the cheeses:
Robiola Bosina is a gorgeous cheese! It’s a semi-soft cheese with an incredible bloomy rind and subtle texture. It’s rich and creamy interior compliments perfectly.
Pecorino Dolce is a perfect balance of sweet and floral. This combination gives it a delicate balance on the tongue with a fresh, creamy finish.
Tellegio is an excellent cheese with fantastic features! With this cheese you'll be getting a beautiful compilation of fruity, mild and tang matched with a strong aroma that plays with the taste buds.
Parmigiano Reggiano, Italy’s most renowned cheese! This cheese has been aged for 30 months, meaning it is rich in flavour, incredibly crumbly and grainy in texture and just done to perfection.
Gorgonzola Piccante A distinctly bolder, more assertive cheese than its soft and gentle siblings. You'll be getting a firmer cheese with this one, with a close, dense, mouth-filling texture.
