What is in the box

• Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco. Made in Yorkshire by a cheesemaker from Italy, so it has the smooth, sweet, yoghurty character of a young Italian ewe's milk cheese, with Yorkshire grass in it.
• Ribblesdale Mature Goat. Sweet and grassy with a crumbly texture. The cheese that demands second helpings.
• Yoredale. A raw milk Wensleydale made slowly to the traditional recipe in the Dales. Creamy, bold and a long way from the supermarket version.
• Summerfields. Botton Village's Alpine style hard cheese. Crunchy, nutty and tangy with a lick of salt.
• Swaledale Blue. A gentle, creamy blue from the Dales that people who say they do not like blue cheese tend to finish.
