Tasting Notes: A gorgeous salmon pink in colour, this sparkling rose comes with a slight floral nose, and undertones of soft red fruits that bring a bit of much appreciated sweetness to this elegant and dry wine.
Winemaking Notes: Prosecco, 11% ABV, from Italy
Food Pairings: Brie, brie and more brie. We love this with any soft cheese but especially with Delice de Bourgogne. A triple creamed brie that begs for the freshness of rose prosecco.
