Made in Switzerland it has all the features that we love from the swiss cheeses, with a rich flavour that grows in your mouth. It’s sweet and floral with a subtle smokiness and long finish that hits in all the right places.

A spicy Swiss!
For me the Affineur Walo Red Wine Farmer Cheese was quite piquant similar to a mature Cheddar, but with the red wine adding to the flavour. For the English palate it would be ideal for a Welsh Rarebit or a toasted sandwich or, at this time of year, with Christmas cake. Recommended
