About the Maker: Swaledale Cheese Company started in 1980 when the Longstaff family passed on the original Swaledale cheese processes! The Longstaff family farm were the last to be producing cheese in the area and Swaledale area and when the time came for Mrs Marjorie Longstaff to stop making cheese the Swaledale Cheese Company kept the Swaledale cheese dream alive!
How to Enjoy: Get it in a sarnie with a bit of great yorkshire pickle – you couldn’t get a more Yorkshire sandwich! However, this cheese is versatile so have a play and let us know what you like best!
