Indulgent, yet delicate Wigmore comes from Village Maid and is made using traditional methods for hand-washed, curd cheese. Wyfe of Bath Cheese
From a recipe inspired by Gouda, Wyfe of Bath is made by Graham Padfield at Park Farm on the outskirts of Bath. It’s an insanely delicious cheese created by hand in a British Gouda style. It’s sweet, rich and has an incredible texture. All in all we have a crowd pleaser here and we’re yet to meet someone who doesn’t love this extremely accessible cheese.

Being Yorkshire and all, we love a good Wensleydale cheese! Made using raw milk to a slow traditional recipe, resulting in a cheese that is smooth and creamy in texture. Yoredale is an incredible Dale cheese with loads to love.

Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco Cheese
Although from Yorkshire, the cheesemaker is initially from Italy meaning this cheese is a beautiful concoction of 2 fantastic cheese heritages. Like all classic Italian young cheeses, it is smooth, yoghurty and sweet! Fun fact: Pecore in Italian means sheep; hence their sheep’s milk cheeses are often called ‘pecorino’!
