About the Maker: Ben and Sam Spence, decided to call it quits from their boring day jobs in finance and in 2016, Old Roan was born. Since then, they have had to rebrand to Yoredale and are now selling their cheeses to artisan cheese mongers (like us!). Ben & Sam take pride in sourcing the milk from local farmers, making sure they are happy, healthy and comfortable.
How to Enjoy: On a cracker with some fig chutney!! Old Roan goes beautifully with anything fruity! It is also a fantastic cooking cheese!!
