Flavour Profile: Soft, rich and creamy, with all the vegetal flavours of a classic brie and slightly more acidity. Pasteurised.

Drink Pairing: Bubbly is a great match, or a soft, fruity red if you prefer.

How to Enjoy: Bring it out of the fridge an hour before serving so it can soften. Serve it whole on a Christmas cheeseboard with crusty bread, a spoonful of chutney and some fresh fruit.
