Flavour Profile/Aroma
Gocce di Favola has a soft, fruity aroma and a crisp taste with flavours of pear and apple. Its soft bubbles make it perfect enjoyed alone or with a light-textured milky cheese.
Recommended food pairings
This fresh fizz needs a mild cheese to balance its lively flavour. We complement ours with soft and creamy Mozzarella di Bufala.
Growing Conditions
100% Glera grapes, grown in the heart of the Prosecco region, are destemmed and then gently pressed.
Winemaking notes
To keep their fruity aroma, the grape musts are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20°C. When the residual sugar reaches the perfect level of 2-3 grams per litre, it’s left to rest before being refermented in pressurised tanks. The soft Prosecco bubbles are the result of keeping the must to a maximum of pressure of 2.4 atmospheres.
