100% Glera grapes, grown in the heart of the Prosecco region, are destemmed and then gently pressed.
To keep their fruity aroma, the grape musts are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20°C. When the residual sugar reaches the perfect level of 2-3 grams per litre, it’s left to rest before being refermented in pressurised tanks. The soft Prosecco bubbles are the result of keeping the must to a maximum of pressure of 2.4 atmospheres.
