Issac Poad's Golden is a slightly more full bodied hoppier experience. Both these Ales go well with Admiral Collingwood, a firm pressed cheese from Doddington Dairy. During it's maturation it is habitually washed in Newcastle Brown Ale, which gives it such a distinctive, punchy taste. Cahill's Porter cheese also lends itself well to this basket, with it's nutty, tangy flavour coming from Guinness. It's finished of with Ale crackers that have a lovely toasted hops flavour and Great Yorkshire Pickle which uses Black Sheep Ale!
