Primativo Rosata is made from a very expressive primitivo grape; it’s truly inviting. Aromas of spring and summer fruit with undertones of strawberries shining through. The taste is both subtle and balanced, as well as being persistent on the palate, with a fresh acidity.
Let’s talk about the cheese;
Robiola is cheese of mixed milk giving it an incredible flavour like no other. It’s a semi-soft cheese with an incredible bloomy rind and subtle texture. It’s rich and creamy interior compliments perfectly. Fun fact: It is one of the oldest Italian cheeses!Â
Pecorino Dolce is a perfect balance of sweet and floral. This combination gives it a delicate balance on the tongue with a fresh, creamy finish.
Parmigiano Reggiano, Italy’s most renowned cheese! This cheese has been aged for 30 months, meaning it is rich in flavour, incredibly crumbly and grainy in texture and just done to perfection.
Gorgonzola Piccante is a distinctly bolder, more assertive cheese than its soft and gentle siblings. You’ll be getting a firmer cheese with this one, with a close, dense, mouth-filling texture. The blue veins are more developed and lend the cheese an intense and spicy character.Â
