Truffle Baron Bigod Soft Cheese

Truffle Pecorino Cheese
Pecorino… with truffle... We know, we know, we almost couldn’t believe it either. But, it’s a thing! It exists! And for any of you truffle lovers, this is the cheese for you. Pecorino has a gorgeously nutty, full-bodied flavour with playful touches of sweetness and grass. This paired with delicate slithers of truffle offsets the richness of the sheep’s milk to produce a truly intense cheese: firm, sharp, and spicy with a rich truffle finish.
Truffled Brie
A soft and creamy brie, infused with decadently rich truffles. We love all soft cheeses here at Love Cheese, but you cannot beat a good, classic Brie! And that’s exactly what you’ll be getting with Brie De Meaux. All the way from France, this is a soft, delicate, creamy brie with a stunningly bloomy rind and gorgeous buttery flavours accompanied by a delicious, fresh mascarpone truffle in the middle. Vacherin de Savoie Chabert
A soft, rich, seasonal brie, and one of the highlights of our Christmas cheese counter. Expect all the vegetal flavours you love in a brie, with a little more acidity to keep it lively. Made from pasteurised cow’s milk.
Waterloo Cheese
The Napoleonic British brie. Exquisitely buttery. Waterloo has a creamy, firm texture and the ultimate buttery finish. The washed curd method they use makes the cheese less acidic with a gentle buttery flavour. Village Maid’s herd of pedigree Guernsey cows are responsible for the distinct yellow colour and the sweet and smooth taste. Waterloo is buttery, creamy goodness with a hint of earthiness from the rind.
Wensleydale and Apricot Hard Cheese Mini
A mini version of the Wensleydale with Apricot - it comes wax coated meaning it will last longer! Sweet, light and creamy. A wonderful mix of a traditional crumbly and sweet Wensleydale and the tasty tartness of apricot. A great addition to any summer cheese board or with a glass of white. Wigmore Cheese
A sophisticated, soft cheese full of vibrate flavours and great texture. Expect a complex, floral and sweet palette that will leave you wanting a little more each time. Indulgent, yet delicate Wigmore comes from Village Maid and is made using traditional methods for hand-washed, curd cheese. It's a gentle cheese but powerful in its own right and we can't get enough of it!
