Tasting Notes: A wonderful pale yellow in colour, this prosecco is truly delightful with stunning scents of peach and pear. These stone fruit flavours are matched with refreshing citrus notes mixed with acacia and wisteria. The result is a harmonious, mellow and fresh wine.
Winemaking Notes: 100% Glera, 11.5% ABV, from Treviso, Italy.
Food Pairings: A gorgeous prosecco that perfectly accompanies pulse and shellfish soups, macaroni with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheese and white meat.
