About the Maker: Snowdonia Cheese Company started out in 2001, making cheese on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. They started off selling their cheese at local farmers markets, but it was just too delicious! Now they supply to main independent suppliers (like us!) all over the UK - They’ve released many a cheese and let us tell you… they know what they’re doing!
