Wigmore Cheese

Wigmore Cheese

A sophisticated, soft cheese full of vibrate flavours and great texture. Expect a complex, floral and sweet palette that will leave you wanting a little more each time. Indulgent, yet delicate Wigmore comes from Village Maid and is made using traditional methods for hand-washed, curd cheese. It's a gentle cheese but powerful in its own right and we can't get enough of it!

Wyfe of Bath Cheese

Wyfe of Bath Cheese

From a recipe inspired by Gouda, Wyfe of Bath is made by Graham Padfield at Park Farm on the outskirts of Bath. It’s an insanely delicious cheese created by hand in a British Gouda style. It’s sweet, rich and has an incredible texture.  All in all we have a crowd pleaser here and we’re yet to meet someone who doesn’t love this extremely accessible cheese.

Yoredale Cheese

Yoredale Cheese

Being Yorkshire and all, we love a good Wensleydale cheese!  Made using raw milk to a slow traditional recipe, resulting in a cheese that is smooth and creamy in texture. Yoredale is an incredible Dale cheese with loads to love.

Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco Cheese

Yorkshire Pecorino Fresco Cheese

Although from Yorkshire, the cheesemaker is initially from Italy meaning this cheese is a beautiful concoction of 2 fantastic cheese heritages.  Like all classic Italian young cheeses, it is smooth, yoghurty and sweet! Fun fact: Pecore in Italian means sheep; hence their sheep’s milk cheeses are often called ‘pecorino’!
