Tasting Notes: The Fine White Port is made from a field blend of white varieties which are fermented in stainless steel, fortified at the desired level of sweetness and aged for a minimum of 3 years. The result is an orangey-brown coloured wine with delicious notes of dried apricot, wild honey, spices and vanilla.
