This unpasteurised cow’s milk butter is England’s only raw farmhouse butter. Rich and complex flavours develop from the lactic cultures, producing a sunshine yellow pat of butter.
Raw milk pioneer, Jonny Crickmore, has blessed the world with the phenomenal cheese, Baron Bigod, he also bottles raw drinking milk on his farm, and now… Now, he has blessed us with his fine, farmhouse butter.
This cultured butter is made by hand, using milk from their grass-fed Montbeliarde and Friesian cows… it’s butter at its best!

About the Maker
Fen Farm Dairy is run by a couple Jonny and Dulcie, passed down through Jonny’s family! Together, they have diversified the original farm with the addition of a pioneering cheese and butter making business. Their focus is on making exceptional artisan products and helping other dairy farmers on their journey to diversification.
