Product Highlights

Quinta de la Rosa White Port has a honey-amber colour and dry, summery tastes.

Best enjoyed slightly chilled, it’s the perfect aperitif and pairs perfectly with both buttery cheeses and rich pâte.

The port is made on the beautiful Portuguese estate belonging to the Bergqvist Family, where it begins life as a white wine before being carefully-crafted into a refreshing port.

Tasting Notes: Drier than the average port, Quinta de la Rosa White Port has delicious fruity flavours. It still has a long finish, but with summery tastes that mean it’s best enjoyed slightly chilled.

Winemaking Notes: Blend: Viosinho, Gouveia, Rabigato and Malvasia Fina, 20% ABV, from Douro, Portugal.

Food Pairings: Light, creamy and buttery cheeses pair best with a chilled port. Our choice is the famous Ossau-Iraty: one of the world’s oldest cheeses that has slightly floral flavours. You can also enjoy Quinta de la Rosa White Port as an aperitif, simply topped with ice and a slice of lemon.

About the Winemaker: The beautiful Quinta de la Rosa estate in Portugal is owned and managed by the Bergqvist Family. As well as investing in the new winery in recent years, Sophia Bergqvist has developed entertaining areas, guest rooms and apartments to give visitors a full experience of the winery.
