Product Highlights

A vintage Red Leicester, aged to perfection.

This wonderful cheese from Snowdonia has gorgeous crystalline crunches and a surprisingly intense flavour profile. It comes with a slight sweetness, with lovely caramel undertones. Its texture is wonderfully refined due to its 18-month ageing process.

We cannot get enough. If your cheese board needs a bit of colour, look no further!

Flavour Profile: Red Storm is a strong and creamy vintage red Leicester. This cheese is typically aged for 18 to 21 months, creating an intense flavour and refined texture. With notes of caramel, Red Storm totally redefines what you might expect from a red Leicester.

Drinks Pairing: Go bold! Try it with a glass of shiraz, such as Don’t Tell Gary!

About the Maker: Snowdonia Cheese Company started out in 2001, making cheese on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. They started off selling their cheese at local farmers markets, but it was just too delicious! Now they supply to main independent suppliers (like us!) all over the UK – They’ve released many a cheese and let us tell you… they know what they’re doing!

How to Enjoy: So many ways to enjoy this one. On a cheese board. In a toastie. Melted on top of a lasagne, you pick.

Our utmost concern is get you the right cheese in the right condition right to your door. All orders are posted on a next day service so as not to spend too much time in transit. Each package will come with a gel ice pack to keep the temperature in the box as low as possible.
