About the Maker
Berwick Edge is made by Doddington Cheese, a Northumbrian dairy farm who specialises in unique, hand-crafted cheese. Their cows graze in one of the least inhabited regions of the UK and their use of raw milk, as well as the microflora that is unique to their farms, contributes to the intense flavours that come through in their products.
