Soft cheese, mhmmm gooey, rich and decadent. What’s not to love! Leave a proper Brie out for a couple of hours and it should walk off away in our opinion. But our selection is just the infamous French Bries, we’ve got English and Italian in our range as well. As well as more obscure French soft cheeses.

Selle-sur-Cher Cheese

A soft cheese with a natural rind, Selle Sur Cher is fine and silky.
